Reco Decoration Group is a Design and Build company that provides interior design, construction, project management, millwork, and interior finishing services. We specialize in retail, food services and supermarket projects in both commercial and institutional sectors across Western Canada.
The qualified candidate will support all aspects of the office. To be successful, the individual must be reliable, flexible, organized, and detailed- oriented.
Responsibilities would include:
- Day to day administrative tasks
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Assist various departments whenever necessary
- Track stocks of office supplies and place order when necessary
- Assist with marketing
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Translation work between Chinese and English if needed
- Attention to details
- A valid class 5 driver’s license
- Some flexibility with the hours to meet project deadlines when necessary
