Reporting to the Manager, Planning and Institutional Research (PIR) and under general direction from the Senior Research Analyst, the Labour Market and Research Analyst (LMRA) will play a lead role in the collection, analysis, and internal reporting of external labour market and environmental data relevant to the College’s programs and services. This position leads assigned research and projects related to labour market and environmental data needs for the college. The role collaborates with stakeholders both internal to CNC and external agencies and organization on labour market and institutional research projects, enrolment planning, speculative program proposals, and information requests. The position supports the Manager, and broader Policy, Planning, and Strategy team in developing, compiling and coordinating research and consultation documents, executive summaries and briefing notes for senior leaders and committee recommendation. This position can be based at any CNC campus.
