Bread Baker position is available at Kozak bakery.
It is a full-time position, but part-time might work as well.
– We specialize in hand-shaped, Naturally-fermented high hydration Bread with no additives or commercial yeast (Wild Yeast aka Sourdough) with milled in-house flour.
If you are passionate about the art of naturally-fermented handmade Artisan Bread, a hardworking person – we’re looking for YOU.
– Minimum 1 years Professional Baking in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to lift 20-25kg multiple times during the day
– Flexible availability – ability to work weekends – must be available as early as 5:30am.
