WORK HOURS: Modified work week, 10.5 hour shifts; 4 days on, 3 off
LOCATION: Richmond (YVR) – 5400 Airport Road South, Richmond, BC V7B 1B4
TERM: Full-Time Regular
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance Department

Work with the rest of the structures crew in order to perform structure MRO work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Complete work orders and internal repair job cards as required with accuracy and attention to detail.
Other duties as directed by the Structures Crew Chiefs, Coordinator and PRM
AME S license
Clear and proven commitment to safety (for yourself and others) in line with our “Safety First” Value
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 2 years work experience on aircraft structures
Structures experience on DHC-2, DHC-3(T) and DHC-6 an asset
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
Ability to carry out advanced sheet metal repairs in a safety sensitive environment
Understanding of metallic structures and metal processes and properties
Knowledge of materials and common practices/processes
Proven ability working in a close-knit team environment
Ability to lead and mentor structures apprentices
Experience with composite repairs an asset
