2001, hot off the heels of a wanderlust trip through Asia, Noodlebox was born as a small food cart in Victoria BC’s Chinatown. Serving Southeast Asia’s favourite dishes with a unique westcoast spin, people lined up endlessly (even in the rain!) to get their fill. In 2003 Noodlebox opened it’s first eatery, serving bold dishes surrounded by the boisterous energy created by flames dancing off woks.
16 years, 10+ locations and millions of boxes later, Noodlebox has become a trusted destination of fresh food, made with whole ingredients, prepared by hand, never processed. Our wok based cooking style continues to provide a truly remarkable experience, delivering vibrant dishes, customized just for you.
