You have innovative and problem-solving skills and capacity to deliver under pressure. You have an analytical mind and are detailed oriented. You show strong interpersonal and communication skills. You like to have an impact on people’s experience at work. You like to research best practices, but can also think outside the box to find solutions to issues. You see constant change and ambiguity as opportunities to thrive and innovate. You have a degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations and at least three years track record in Compensation and Benefits. You love working with Excel and you master the use of pivot tables and Vlookups.
You are recognised as a Total Rewards expert and for your capacity to find solutions to complex issues. You work and build relationships with the People Experience team and the management team, and you develop and implement intuitive Products that address the needs of the staff.
You review, develop and implement MEC’s compensation, benefits and retirement programs. You maintain and communicate total rewards programs that are competitive to the industry. You are the go-to person in the area of total rewards. You ensure total rewards programs are appropriate to support MEC’s strategies and goals. You maintain a job evaluation system and salary structure that ensure employees are being compensated appropriately. You analyze the competitiveness of the company’s compensation and benefit plans and establish market comparison. You administer the bonus programs and you support the administration of benefits and retirement programs of the company.
