All products are based on combining modern scientific evidence with traditional health remedies. As our Administrative Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our administrative operations to improve and standardize business processes and procedures for our company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations
  • Provide direction and leadership to ensure office activities comply with policies and procedures
  • Assist in implementing short and long term strategies and financial plans
  • Collaborate with and foster a good working relationship with Sales, Production,and Operations teams
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Manage internal reporting and communications
  • Conduct interviews, hire new staff and provide employee orientation for all office staff
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 5 years’leadership experience in business administration
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of office management procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitudeand multitasking abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with the ability to use and create spreadsheets
