- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books and financial statements, and maintain general ledgers.
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, utility and other bills.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
Job Requirements :
- College Diploma
- Atleast 1 year of experience in similar trade.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work well with deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and works well in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
