Requirement and Skills:

• Post secondary education
• 3 years of related experience
• Organized, Effective interpersonal skills

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations of farm
• Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown
• Organize and coordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Purchase machinery, seed and other supplies
• Establish marketing programs for the company
• Maintain financial and production records
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff
• Perform general farm duties when necessary
