Our fun, dynamic team is looking for a part/full-time HAIR STYLIST who will fit right in with our quick-paced, client-oriented environment!

This position is available immediately!

Hair stylists are an important part of the everyday hair care process: They work together with the client to achieve the desired look while offering recommendations on how to improve and adapt each clients’ regimen to their lifestyle and needs. Here at Canvas, we emphasize client orientation and building relationships by going beyond and taking vested interests in our customers lives. This position offers opportunities for commission.

Hairdresser:

• 3 years experience (preferable)
• Professionally trained
• Be punctual, professional, and hard working
• Ability to develop a connection and repertoire with clients
• Passion to actively learn, improve and succeed through advanced education
• Willingness to help with other salon duties and areas of work

We offer:

• Discounted products and salon services
• Wage ($15-$20) plus tips & commission – selling additional products. Wages are based on skill level, years of experience, knowledge of latest hair styles, color trends, new techniques and products.
