Requirement and Skills:
• Completion of post secondary education
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the company
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve issues that may arise, including client’s requests and complaints
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
