Requirement and Skills:
• Education: Completion of Secondary education.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and procedures to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies while supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support budgeting procedures, and create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls,
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
