Hiring 1 full time – permanent Site Superintendent to join our growing team

NOC: 0711

Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Salary: $41-43 per hour

Language: English

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Work Location: Various locations-willing to relocate

Requirement and Skills:

• Education: Post secondary education
• Work Experience: 3 years of related work experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
• Coordinate subcontractors ‘activities
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
• Plan and manage budgets
• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Oversee the analysis of data and information
• Prepare progress reports
