This key role will partner with the Director of Corporate HR and Talent Management in executing on important initiatives that range from supporting the corporate functions (Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, Communications and HR) on their people strategy, as well as support for the overall global Canfor Talent strategy. This HRBP will have a key role in overseeing the talent cycle from start to finish, including talent assessment, calibration, career development, succession planning and reporting both from the lens of HRBP and for the overall global talent program. You will be working alongside the best and brightest in the business with Canfor, an innovative leader in the forest products industry.
You bring your education in HR, a broad range of HR experience and for bonus points, you've earned your designation as a CPHR. You’re a critical thinker, have the highest standards of integrity and love building strategic partnerships with a little humility, and a dash of humour. Given your passion for HR, this is a role that could potentially allow you to grow your career to Senior HR Leadership positions within Canfor.
