Sultan Sweet Shop & Restaurant is currently looking for 2 Food service supervisors

Main duties:

• Establish work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Prepare food order summaries for cook
• Ensurethe food service and quality control
• Train and ensure staff are following sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Knowledge of Restaurant’s culinary genre
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Prepare and submit reports

Skills requirements:

• Completion of secondary education
• Minimum 1 year of work experience

Wage: $15-17/Hourly

Hours: 40 Hour/week
