Education and Skills Requirement:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field;
- Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience
- * Must speak preferably English AND Mandarin;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required;
- Excellent prioritizing skills and ability to work within deadlines is required;
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and input data (schedule)
- Establish and maintain files, materials, information and related data.
- Ensure that office is well supplied with needed items at all times.
- Provide administrative support with related marketing and business development activities.
- * Excellent Sale experience.
