You’re a hardcore problem solver with an uncanny ability to see the forest for the trees. You understand that sound business decisions are based on concrete data and you pride yourself on your ability to understand and disseminate that data in way that helps business move forward. With your great communication skills, you’ll leverage your years of deep experience with analytics software to extrapolate raw data and lay it out in a way that paints a clear and concise story for the stakeholders involved. Analytics is your thing. That ability is what helps you recognize patterns and relationships within the data in front of you. Once you’ve acclimatized to the role and Canfor you’ll use your critical thinking abilities to anticipate HR and Payroll related challenges before they arise and be ready to bring your own ideas and creative solutions to the table.
